Project Overview
Saran Group is a leading broadcasting network holding premium global sports rights—including the Premier League, NBA, and Formula 1. During the global shifts of 2020-2021, the challenge was to transition traditional broadcasting and terrestrial radio models into a high-growth digital ecosystem.
The Strategic Solution
A comprehensive digital engine was built from the ground up for Ajansspor, overhauling its content architecture through real-time news bulletins and visual storytelling. Parallel to this, I led the digital transformation of Radyo Trafik, Turkey’s first traffic-focused terrestrial radio. This involved developing innovative ad models for the Radyo Trafik Yolda mobile application, bridging the gap between traditional radio and modern, data-driven revenue streams.
Impact & Results
The rapid digital expansion fundamentally changed the company’s structural priorities, leading to the establishment of a dedicated social media business unit. The transformation yielded massive audience growth, scaling the Instagram presence to more than 150,000 and Twitter to over 460,000 followers, solidifying Saran Group's digital authority in sports broadcasting.
