Alyan Chocolates’ viral "Dubai Series" faced a sudden regional embargo in Germany due to naming regulations. We managed the transition through end-to-end video production, focusing on maintaining brand visibility during the legal crisis. The goal was to turn a market exit into a strategic narrative of transparency.
The Solution
We executed a dual video strategy: a high-level corporate film for the brand and targeted social media ads shared across our own networks. The campaign generated over 100K organic reach during the height of the embargo. This strategic visibility provided the necessary leverage for Alyan to navigate the legal process and successfully return to German retail shelves.
